The talents and their fun base.
These two pictures captured 2 sides of the performance.

One side is an almost a professional dance group formed from high school students, traveling in rural parts of the Vladimir region to perform right on working places of people there. This was a part of a propaganda tour made on behalf of the regional Komsomol organization - Communist Youth Organization to celebrate the anniversary of its creation.

The goal was to bring culture to the masses.

From another side workers of some sort mechanical shop, most likely mechanical support for collective farm known as kolhoz. They were called from the workplaces to serve as an audience for this... mandatory event. Not as they did not like it. They probably never saw anything like it.
